Delaware has two levels of massage credentials:  licensure for massage therapists and certification for massage technicians.

Delaware Department of Education Approval Process

To obtain approval from the Department of Education, you will have to apply using their Original Application Form.

On the form, you are required to provide:

  • Your school name, owners, and  also, officers;
  • The courses of instruction you will be offering;
  • Information about your physical building and also, facilities;
  • A list of all the equipment you have to use during the instruction process;
  • Education and qualifications of your instructors and also, supervisors;
  • Your financial resources available to equip and also, run the school;
  • Your admission requirements and admission form;

In addition to the above information, you will have to commit to

  • Run your school according to Delaware’s standards, rules and also, regulations;
