The license needs to be renewed every two years. The two-year re-certification fee is $150.00.

If  you fail to re-new your license during this time you will be charged with a  $25 – $90 fine, assuming you submit your application for renewal within 6 months. If you fail to submit an application within 6 months of your certification expiring, you will need to apply for certification as a new applicant.
