I am a Massage Therapist originally from Seattle and graduated from Seattle Massage School in 2000. I have been practicing Structural Integration for 20 years and the two modalities have naturally integrated together to form the basis of my method of work.

In my early twenties I began to travel to India and Nepal where I met my wife Lakshmi, who is also a Massage Therapist. We spend about half the year in India working with other therapists from Russia and Europe. It is a powerful experience. Over the past few years our workshops have “caught on” and are gaining momentum. Last year there were so many people who came to learn or be worked on that we could not do it all.

Massage Therapy is regarded as a very “high” profession and in some cases even considered as sacred to the soul. The International community is hungry for Healing Massage and America has the most comprehensive schools and training for this in the world.

I propose that we open a Massage Center in India (specifically a place called Puttaparthi, in Andra Pradesh India) and train the people from Europe, Russia, and India in the art of Massage, and Medical Massage.
I have the connections and knowledge to make it happen but are lacking the monetary part.

I believe it would make a tremendous contribution to the world to do this and am willing to put in the work, but I need help with the money. If you love massage and this idea sounds appealing to you then let’s do it. Time is passing us by and the sooner we start the more we can contribute.

I am in the process of enrolling in the Cleveland medical institute of medical massage. i was told that my financial aid is not enough to cover my cost of school. I would to know if there is anyone able to help me, by pointing me in the right direction of any scholarships or grant programs that may be able to assist me with the steep amount that has to be paid out of pocket.
